This role involves close collaboration with the CTO/Co-founder, offering extensive exposure to all facets of the business. A solid understanding of technical concepts and software development is essential. The position is based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with various internal and external stakeholders, including the Technology Team, Business Development, Legal, and external entities like crypto exchanges.
- CTO Support: Assist the CTO in communication and coordination with the Technology team on software development, projects, and other business-critical activities.
- Business Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CTO, covering areas such as business development, administration, and task coordination.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing best practices in current workflows and controls, as well as in upcoming initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency: Actively participate in enhancing operational efficiency through proposals and hands-on involvement.
- Project Management: Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the CTO.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skillset: Positive attitude, independent work capability, and a proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and work outside normal office hours as needed.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong cultural sensitivity and familiarity with UK working practices are advantageous.
