Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and respond to enquiries in the team email inboxes.
- Administration of Student Ambassadors who support events.
- Make all arrangements for weekly campus tours.
- Meeting and hosting visitors at the the main campus.
- Organise school visits, liaising with relevant colleagues to co-ordinate visits, make room bookings and host groups.
- Assist with the logistical arrangements of in-person and virtual events including visit days, webinars and lectures.
- Setting-up virtual events on online event platforms.
