Our client is a high profile and well recognised business in the North East. As a result of continued growth and investment they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician into their team.
Working on a 2-shift pattern (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) with a competitive salary of circa £43,000.
The Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for -
- Maintenance of production and site facility equipment, ensuring timely and effective remedial repairs are delivered to production and all other site facility equipment.
- Compliance with all H&S legislation requirements and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Servicing of production and site facility equipment, timely and effective equipment maintenance and servicing is completed to production equipment.
- Identifying and resolving any equipment or material issues in a timely manner, through fault-finding and root cause analysis.
- Continuous improvement mindset, looking to make improvements of equipment & associated engineering project work.
- Involved in Project Work, identifying and implementing project initiatives to completion and support the engineering team in any site projects.
The Person
As an experienced Maintenance Technician, you will have experience with fault-finding and worked within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will have a proactive approach to maintenance and enjoy working as part of a close team.
