We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a Private Client team in Loddon. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients, both in person and over the phone, to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a private client department.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
