Contact Manager (Sales)
Location: Leeds, Harrogate & York
Salary: £25,000 - Uncapped Commission, OTE £50,000+
The Company:
We are working with a Large independent insurance broker who are looking to add an experienced Sales People to their high-performing contact team, based out of either their Leeds, Harrogate or York offices.
This is a company that has a fantastic name in the market and provides an industry-leading service to their clients.
The Role:
As a Sales Contact Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and business growth.
You will:
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales approaches
- Identifying potential clients and generating leads as well as cross-sell and up-sell services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
The Required Skills:
A proven track record with Sales (No prior Insurance experience required)
Adapt to utilise a variety of CRM and Microsoft programmes
Strong communication and rapport building skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
