Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Transformation Lead to work for Staffordshire Council.
This is a full-time locum role paying £25 per hour
Key Responsibilites:
- Review best practice and benchmarking particularly in relation to digital / AI, Early Help
- To identify any opportunities for efficiencies to deliver the service within budget and ensure all relevant statutory duties are adhered to.
- Consider a whole system view of the impact / consequences of any decisions / recommendations with reference to the strategic context outlined above.
- To provide recommendations to the 0-19 Service Transformation Steering Group for the delivery of the 0-19 service from April 2026.
Applicant Requirements:
- Educated to a Academic Degree Level or equivalent or a significant level of experience relevant to the post.
- Recent experience.
- Experience of supporting a team according to available resources and skill levels and working co-operatively with others.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of licensing
- Good organisational skills
