Description
The key responsibilities for this AP Supervisor role include:
- Supervise and lead 3 member's of the AP team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Utility reconciliations
- Month end assistance
- Manage vendor relationships and handle any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Provide guidance and training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Account's Payable Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in a varied Account's Payable background
- Supervisory experience is preferred; however, not essential.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
