Description

The key responsibilities for this AP Supervisor role include:

  • Supervise and lead 3 member's of the AP team
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
  • Utility reconciliations
  • Month end assistance
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle any financial discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Account's Payable Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a varied Account's Payable background
  • Supervisory experience is preferred; however, not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
