Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in sales support and customer service? Our client, an organisation based in Dudley, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Support to join their dynamic and busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the External Account Managers, ensuring they have all the resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Act as a point of contact for dealer client base and corporate clients, handling general inquiries, price requests, lead times, and image requests.
- Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate site installations and deliveries, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Receive and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Engage in regular customer liaison, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Support with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous sales office or customer service experience is essential, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, providing assistance and support to colleagues when needed.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
