Responsibilities:
- Log and update customer issues professionally.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Monitor and resolve alerts (backups, disk space, antivirus).
- Visit customer sites in London and the Southeast as needed.
- Address and escalate support issues.
- Assist with building customer computers using Autopilot.
- Keep customers and the Triage team informed about new processes and technologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Azure).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Autopilot, Modern Workplace, Intune.
- Quick learner with logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
