Responsibilities:

  • Log and update customer issues professionally.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Monitor and resolve alerts (backups, disk space, antivirus).
  • Visit customer sites in London and the Southeast as needed.
  • Address and escalate support issues.
  • Assist with building customer computers using Autopilot.
  • Keep customers and the Triage team informed about new processes and technologies.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Azure).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Autopilot, Modern Workplace, Intune.
  • Quick learner with logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
