You will need to have full cradle to grave, DB pensions administration experience as they are seeking an individual to be able to 'hit the ground running'.
They are a trustee organisation that has 87,000 members across 49 employers in the higher education sector and has more of an in-house feel to the business in comparison to a traditional TPA.
You would need to be able to attend their London office 5 days a week during probation and then this will reduce to 2/3 days working from home.
They can pay up to £35k, depending on experience, plus benefits.
