Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate HR records by updating systems with new starters, leavers, and staff changes.
- Support safeguarding processes by carrying out thorough DBS and compliance checks.
- Provide day-to-day HR support, managing correspondence, supporting meetings, and contributing to HR projects.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external HR queries, offering friendly and professional support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration is essential.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, flexible approach and great communication skills.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it) and experience in education are desirable but not essential.
