Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Professional Engagement: Collaborate with the Account Management team to engage clients at a consultative level.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across various accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure clients remain engaged and actively use our solutions.
  • Client Advocate: Represent the client's voice to our tech team, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with their needs.
  • Adoption and Advocacy Plans: Chart paths to clients' desired outcomes and provide technical recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed with newsletters, webinars, and events.
  • Renewal Support: Secure renewals, identify risks, and work with internal teams to mitigate them.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Bring a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.
  • Tech/SaaS Experience: Previous experience in customer success, account management, implementations, or recruitment within a tech/SaaS business.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of the recruitment journey and its processes.
  • Autonomous Worker: Thrive in a high-energy environment, taking ownership and accountability.
  • Client Focused: Patience and tenacity in handling client demands, with a proven track record of turning 'at risk' accounts around.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with key clients.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent client-facing skills, comfortable running review meetings and engaging with clients.

Your previous job title may have been: Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Executive, Client Experience Manager, Talent Experience Manager or Customer Experience Manager.
