We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our Primary Care team based in Central London to ensure our front of house teams continue to provide a first class patient experience.

This is an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Front of House Manager, with people management experience to lead the front of house teams across our GP Practices and Healthcare Office Suites in Central London.

You'll be involved in recruiting and training receptionists, planning and managing resources across different teams, collating patient feedback and ensuring we maintain our high standards.

What you'll do:

  • Lead recruitment, interview and training of all staff
  • Co-ordinate audits, stock control, provide data for reports.
  • Full people management, including performance management, where necessary.
  • Feedback incentives to the Senior Managers on how we can grow and retain our teams
  • Ensure the patient experience of everyone coming into our premises is always positive and our teams first focus.
  • Strongly promote and drive the importance of the patient journey and to ensure the department fulfils that objective

What you'll bring:

  • Front of House experience at a Senior level
  • Industry experience; high-end hospitality, for example, 4-5*star hotel, private healthcare, VIP travel.
  • People management knowledge and experience; recruiting, training, coaching, performance management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, IT Skills and people management skills
