Then this fully remote BA position within a thriving scale-up, working with international teams overseeing the software development lifecycle could be the one for you.
What you'll get to do:
- Requirements engineering - Translate product requirements into epics and user stories (in Jira)
- An opportunity to lead Scrum meetings
- Backlog management - Groom and prioritise the product backlog to ensure development work is aligned with product roadmap goals
- Sprint support - Run refinement sessions, sprint retrospectives, sprint ceremonies etc.
It'd be great if you had:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile framework - preferably Scrum
- Familiarity with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable communicating with engineers and business stakeholders
- Previous experience working with Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence etc.)
