We are an inclusive and supportive school based in Crosby, Liverpool, committed to helping every child reach their full potential. We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with experience in behaviour support to work closely with students requiring additional behavioural and emotional assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your behaviour management skills in an educational setting, making a real difference for students with special needs.

We are looking for a compassionate individual who has:
Experience working with children or young people facing behavioural and emotional challenges, ideally within a special needs or educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport with students, especially those who may feel disengaged or require extra support.
A calm, patient, and proactive approach, ready to provide consistency and positive reinforcement to students in need of support.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
Provide two professional references related to childcare, education, or behaviour support.
