Inspire Young Minds: Lead the nursery class with creativity and enthusiasm, providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the developmental needs of nursery-aged children, ensuring they are well-prepared for their educational journey.
Positive Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, other educators, and parents to support each child's learning and development.
Assessment and Progress: Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
Experience: Proven experience in early years or nursery teaching.
Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Creativity and Enthusiasm: The ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
