Driver Hire Southampton is seeking Class 1 drivers with an ADR to join a well-established client specialising in transporting hazardous goods. As part of this role, you will deliver Class 2 and 3 goods to various locations around the South and the Midlands.
This work will begin in September; however we have plenty of work to keep you occupied until then.
Details of this Class 1 ADR Driving role:
- Monday to Sunday
- 5 on 2 off shift pattern
- Start times are typically between 12:00pm and 2:00pm
- Delivering Class 2 and 3 gasses to campsites, homes, and depots
- Deliveries mostly made up to the Midlands
- Classroom and onsite training provided (you must already hold a valid ADR)
Important Requirements from you as Class 1 ADR Driver:
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence as well as Class 1 (Cat C+E)
- Have valid CPC and Digi cards
- ADR Card which includes Class 2 and 3 gases in both tanks and packages
- No DD's or DRs on licence
- Experience driving Class 1 vehicle preferred
- Happy to work weekends
- Own transport to commute to and from work
- Previous ADR experience is beneficial
- Happy to work late shifts
- Physically fit
