About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
  • Troubleshoot issues on the shop floor and implement sustainable solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to streamline new product introductions (NPI)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing technologies
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
