Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region
- Establish productive and professional relationships with Building Merchants and DIY suppliers
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Prospect, lead chase and get in front of new business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Manage relationships and grow accounts
Profile
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
- Demonstrable experience of winning new business from Building Merchants or DIY suppliers
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
- A hunter mentality with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Live in the South of the UK with the ability to travel frequently
