Key Responsibilities
Linen Management - Navigate the linen lifecycle to balance inventory, satisfy customer needs, and cut down on waste and costs. Develop innovative ways to optimise usage and tracking.
Customer Product Availability - Guarantee products are accessible when customers want them by partnering with operational teams on inventory levels and demand forecasting. Provide exceptional service through cohesive teamwork.
Textile Spend Control - Oversee the textile budget by scrutinising cost trends and implementing savings measures to maximise investment and boost financial performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work in unison with production, procurement, and customer service teams to offer valuable insights and ensure top-notch service and replenishment settings for customers.
Seasonal Demand Management - Adapt to seasonal challenges to balance production workloads and avoid overstocking or shortages, ensuring seamless operations throughout the year.
Centre of Knowledge - Become the go-to expert on Elis systems and textiles, keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and disseminate your knowledge to strengthen team performance.
Maximise Linen Utilisation - Team up with operational units to refine laundry processes, minimise linen loss, and champion sustainable practices, yielding cost savings and environmental benefits.

- Skilled in negotiating and influencing third parties.
