Commercial Property Solicitor
An esteemed high street law firm with a strong emphasis on traditional values is seeking a qualified and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team.
Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a variety of matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases by individuals, companies, and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs)
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Business sales and purchases
- Option agreements
- Property financing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Commercial Property transactions efficiently from start to finish
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various commercial property matters
- Conduct due diligence, draft contracts, and negotiate terms
- Work relatively autonomously while having access to support when needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's PQE in a Commercial Property Solicitor role (candidates with relevant knowledge and experience outside this will also be considered)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
