With a talent for versatility and precision, Fenchem is both a manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of products: we process all ingredients for the food, cosmetics and personal care, feed and pet food, coatings and construction industries. To best serve our customers worldwide, we are now looking to open an additional site in the UK, in Manchester or the surrounding area (Leeds or Liverpool).

Office Manager specialising in Finance with knowledge of Mandarin
These are your tasks:

Finance:
-
You will be responsible for the implementation and processing of accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable).

You will carry out invoicing and invoice verification

Posting data to the SAP systems

Carry out bank entries for payment transactions

You will allocate and post incoming payments

Create and process open item lists
-
You will work closely with our accountant.

Recruiting:

You will help build the team by liaising with recruitment agencies and recruiting independently.

You will be responsible for operational HR areas such as drafting contracts, references, etc.

Administration:
-
You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to office management.

Coordinate internal processes

You will work closely with our headquarter in China
That's what convinces us:
- You have a university degree in accounting, administration or similar
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance
- You are fluent in Chinese and English
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and experience in using common accounting software
- You have good VAT knowledge
- You are motivated and able to complete tasks independently and are looking forward to being part of a new project
