- Sales of residential properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Valuer - Remuneration:
- £22,750 - £25,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
- 3 month guaranteed commission paid while you build your pipeline
- £40,000 - £45,000+ On Target Earnings
- Car allowance
