People Solutions are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their established team in North Lanarkshire.

Day to Day Duties
- You will be working alongside a Senior Manager
- You will be responsible for new sales and build upon organic growth within the current client base
- You will be a target driven individual and have the passion and drive to work on these targets to meet and exceed
- Customer Service is a key part of the role and must be happy to be out on client visits and building working relationships
Essential Skills
- Must hold current Driving Licence and have own car
- Must be confident and able to work on your own initiative
Desirable Experience
- Previous Recruitment / Sales background
Training
- Day one training will be based at our Head Office in Walsall and all travel will be expensed
- Ongoing on the job training
