Position: CAD Design Engineer
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Hourly rate: £negotiable DOE
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 1pm
An opportunity has arisen for a CAD Design Engineer for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As a CAD Design Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Creating 2D & 3D designs to Customer specifications
- Preparing Customer job folders including drawings & B.O.M.s
- Follow projects through from inception to completion
- Liaising with Customers and internal departments regarding drawing approvals
- Sales support
- Developing sales and CAD skills
- Site visits as required.
An ideal candidate for the CAD Design Engineer must have:
- 3+ years experience in 3D CAD modelling within an Engineering environment
- A full UK driving license (willing to travel around the UK when required)
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Sales and account managment experience would be advantageous
