We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EA/PA Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-calibre roles within the UHNW/private client sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing exceptional EAs and PAs who are accustomed to working in demanding and high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences to provide bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top-tier EA and PA candidates with experience in the UHNW sector.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the high standards required by our clients, including discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Job Matching: Accurately match candidates with client needs, ensuring a strong fit based on skills, experience, and personality.
- Negotiation: Manage the offer process between clients and candidates, negotiating terms and ensuring both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with market trends in the UHNW sector and provide clients with insights and advice on recruitment strategies and market conditions.
- Confidentiality: Handle all client and candidate information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with all data protection regulations.
- Networking: Attend industry events and build a strong network within the UHNW and private client sector to increase brand visibility and attract new business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the UHNW or luxury sectors.
- Deep understanding of the UHNW market and the specific demands of private clients.
- Strong network of contacts within the EA/PA community and UHNW sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
