Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Rotherham based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:
- Provide support to customers, installers and end-users via email and telephone
- Give accurate advice on all the company's product ranges, including resolving product enquiries
- Processing sales orders
- Help maintain and update the company database
The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:
- Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background, though full training on company products will be provided
- Confident taking high volumes of calls
- Able to maintain excellent levels customer service
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs
