Location: Camden - Site Based
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Paid + Bonus (Up to 10%) + Pension + Healthcare + Full Package
A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious £10m+ public building project in Camden. This 18-month, high-spec development offers a fantastic opportunity to gain full project lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost management and budgeting
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents
- Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Conduct on-site measurements and manage subcontractor packages
- Monitor project progress and ensure costs are controlled
- Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, and Managing QS
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements
