Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks)

Your Responsibilities
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Providing targeted support to students with varying abilities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain a productive learning environment.
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring they have equal access to education.
Working with teachers and staff to track student progress and provide feedback.
