Key Responsibilities: Compounder Role

- To perform in line with site vision and philosophy

To manufacture sample batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner

To replenish stocks/supplies when required

To take a role in continuous improvement of processes

Support team members in below tasks

Accurate manufacture of Sample orders via Computer system

Adhering to sample manufacturing plan

Adopt a clean as you go approach

- Supplying information to sample lab manager

Flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement

Customer satisfaction, by ensuring internal customers are kept fully up to date with timely and accurate information

Liaising/coordinating with other functions

Responsible for the maintenance and updating of :

Accurate manufacture data in computer system
-
Internal processes for individual customers requirements i.e. spreadsheets, sample needs

Individual booth/robot/kardex stocks when requested
Requirements:
Minimum
- Accurate and well organised individual
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- An individual with a flexible approach
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to react positively to tight deadlines
- Good accurate computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year in a production / lab background dealing with chemicals or similar
- Driving license
£24,000 - £25,000 + Overtime
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
