A great opportunity joining a global organisation that is a leader in their market. Due to growth, they are looking for a knowledgeable IT Support Engineer to join their team.
What your day will look like:
- Provide 1st line hardware and software support to users across all sites
- Support queries deskside, via phone, email and video call
- Correctly log, resolve and/ or escalate issues where necessary
- Cary out updates, system checks, and builds
- Work towards agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Uphold security policies and best practice standards
- Regular travel to Winsford site and others when required
Do you have the following experience?
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's C and above
- Experience working in an IT Support Engineer role
- Good understanding of PC hardware and software set-ups
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- Pro-active and professional approach to your tasks
- Exposure to Networking and Servers is desirable
- UK Driving licence and vehicle
