GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a primary school based in Eastleigh.
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to facilitate lesson delivery and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
- Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, following teacher directives.
- Aid in the preparation of learning materials and resources in your role as a Teaching Assistant.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, contributing to its maintenance.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students and provide support for their social and emotional development as a Teaching Assistant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
