About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team for a 16-week contract in the Welwyn / Hatfield area. The ideal candidate will have a strong multi-trade background and specific experience in dealing with damp and mould issues.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing void properties and ensuring they are ready for re-letting. Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors. Conducting inspections and identifying necessary repairs. Addressing damp and mould issues effectively. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within a set timeframe. Maintaining health and safety standards on site. Liaising with clients and tenants to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within social housing. Strong multi-trade skills (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, plastering). Expertise in managing damp and mould issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid driving licence. Benefits: Competitive rate based on experience.
