As a member of the Business Support Team, you will play a crucial role in managing premium recovery, investigating and reporting the status of active aged policies, and assisting with policy administration tasks such as processing premiums. Additionally, you will support the accounting function by providing reconciliation assistance for business financials. This role requires comfort in meeting and speaking with external stakeholders, as you will occasionally support external audits.
