Workshop Engineer Position Overview
My client are currently recruiting a Workshop Engineer for their Aftersales Department based in Nottingham. This would suit someone with experience working with electrical and/ or mechanical equipment.
You will be responsible for servicing and repairing various products, fault finding and troubleshooting and providing technical support to staff and customers.
You will have the chance to work in a team on the full range of company products including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Air, Petrol, Diesel and Electric powered products. If you are looking to expand your knowledge and work on a variety of different products then this could be the perfect role for you. You will receive on the job training but you must have experience in an engineering role.
Workshop Engineer Position Requirements
- A strong engineering background
- An engineering qualification, preferably an NVQ, C&G, or HNC
- Experience diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic equipment
- Enjoy working in a team or on your own in a busy environment
- Based in the Nottingham area
Workshop Engineer Position Remuneration
- Starting salary of £24,500- £27,850
- Working hours are Monday- Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm
