Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join an established engineering company based in Farnham. Service Coordinators are an important part of the service department team and are responsible for their own depot area. You will be coordinating engineers, booking in breakdowns and much more.

Responsibilities as a Service Co-ordinator:

  • Co-ordinating breakdown and services and allocating engineers.
  • Managing timesheets and invoicing all completed retail repairs.
  • Chase customer for order numbers.
  • To receive, record and relay information for all call outs.
  • Booking in all breakdowns and jobs logged for the area.
  • Keep customers up to date of timescales.
  • Resolve all customer invoice queries.
  • Being first point of contact for any service enquires.
  • Admin duties.
  • Dealing with calls in a polite manner and being able to deal with conflict whilst remaining professional.

Requirements:

  • Effective team player.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Be able to prioritise work and work well under pressure.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Willingness to help both internal and external customers.
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
  • IT proficient.

This Service Co-ordinator position is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 07:30 till 17:00. Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
