Business Development Executive (Litigation & Dispute Resolution) - Progressive Law Firm

A progressive international law firm headquartered in London with offices across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team in London.

This will be a varied, full-time role, including agile and flexible working. The successful applicant will support the Business Development Manager in the development and execution of Litigation and Dispute Resolution business plans and budgets, participating in relevant marketing and business development meetings and providing updates on activity. As a 'go to' person providing day to day support, the Business Development Executive will work with the BD and Marketing team to develop strategic targeting of new and existing business and financial analysis and relationship mapping for clients and will support the Business Development Manager on the pitching process, including pitch production, statements of experience, client quotes and testimonials, basic research and organising meetings. On the marketing side, key responsibilities will include the planning and delivery of events, assisting in the identification and coordination of PR activity, coordinating the legal directory and award submissions process, supporting the maintenance of the firm's website and collaborating in firm wide projects, initiatives and campaigns.

With a proactive, tenacious and creative approach, the ideal candidate will have a good academic record or equivalent and proven experience in marketing and business development, gained whilst working within an international law firm or other professional services environment at executive level, to include demonstrable success in working with senior stakeholders. Computer literate with some knowledge of marketing databases, preferably InterAction and Vuture, the Business Development Executive will be a self- motivated team player with excellent organisation and communication skills and great attention to detail.
