We are looking for a Property Manager to join this established Estate Agency in central Winchester. They pride themselves on maintaining high standards of professionalism and delivering exceptional value to clients and tenants. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join this dynamic team.
Position Summary: The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can effectively manage tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in multitasking
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
