Responsibilities:

Act as the SAP super-user for the Wolverhampton site
Serve as the liaison between SAP end users and the SAP Finance Lead
Identify and manage locally raised issues
Support and manage recurring SAP tasks, including month-end processes and Standard Cost calculation
Respond to basic 'How-to' questions and maintain SAP best practises
Gather business requirements for change requests
Lead OneStream reporting for the Wolverhampton site
Take ownership of OneStream reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and month-end actuals and forecasts
Collaborate with Digital and Value Stream Finance teams
Provide ad hoc project support across UK Finance
Drive process improvement initiatives with underlying SAP support
Manage projects to support business performance

Qualifications:

Background and interest in ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to non-financial individuals
Flexible team member with a commitment to the success of the team and organisation
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a curious mind
Excellent attention to detail and data integrity
