Job Purpose
- Oversee the management of the firm, acting as the lynchpin for the finance function
- Preparation of Management Accounts on a monthly basis
- Monitor KPIs and produce other financial reports
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including with the ICAEW
- Support staff across all offices with commercial matters
- Oversee systems and processes, IT, and HR
- Manage contracts with suppliers, including negotiating and onboarding
- Responsible for direct debit collections and credit control
- Manage expenses and disbursement across the firm
- Support with the preparation and submission of VAT returns

Job Requirements
- ACA/CA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Recent experience in UK practice
- Strong working knowledge of Xero software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Self-motivated with managing your own workload
- A team player, able to mentor and manager other team members
