Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement E-commerce strategies.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Optimize SEO and manage SEM campaigns.
- Analyze website performance and provide insights.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Improve website usability and functionality.
- Ensure accurate stock levels on the website.
- Engage and retain online customers.
- Prepare e-commerce performance/trading reports.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience in retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms, such as, Amazon, Shopify, Bigcommerce
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
