The Role:
- Identify and engage potential clients through field-based outreach
- Close sales and manage ongoing customer relationships
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solar, heating, and EV solutions
- Maintain effective administrative practices using the CRM system
- Training & Development: Access to a supportive training environment with opportunities for progression into management roles
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong understanding of renewable energy solutions, especially solar
- Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented
- Based within 40 miles of the South Sussex office; willing to travel across the South East
- Eager to drive new business and contribute to the growth of the commercial side of the business
