Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather case information.
- Organise and manage case files.
- Coordinate and assist with the discovery process.
- Prepare trial exhibits and support trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will ideally have a law degree.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
