Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Charity based in Sevenoaks in search of a Community Fundraising Manager.

The role looks after all community events, individual giving and corporate efforts in this local charity.

Role: Fundraising Manager

Contract: Permanent

Pay: up to £32,913-£37,532 p/a

Location: West Kent

Key Responsibilities of the new Fundraising Manager:

As Fundraising Manager your key role is to support the income growth of the organisation through implementing highly successful fundraising initiatives across community fundraising, events, corporate initiatives and corporate donors.

Lead on and own a fundraising plan that includes the delivery of existing fundraising activity and develop new initiatives based on insight and evidence.

Implement existing, and lead on the growth and development of new fundraising functions. These include fundraising events, community fundraising incentives, online giving and Charity of the Year initiative.

Oversee and manage a fundraising budget across all of the above fundraising areas.

Ensure that genuine and heartfelt relationships are built and maintained with all their wonderful supporters and donors.

Previous experience of the new Fundraising Manager :

You have previous fundraising experience.

You have excellent administrative skills and rigorous attention to detail.

You are bold and unafraid of talking and presenting to people, groups and businesses including face to face and online.
