Description
To procure/tender and monitor all hand back works activity through to completion. To monitor sub-contractor performance with specific reference to the delivery of planned works including both lifecycle and additional works. Accountable to the Project Manager for the day-to-day supervision, monitoring and performance of sub-contractors. There will also be a requirement to provide cover, advice, and guidance across Stoke Schools contract on an as required basis
Profile
A successful Project Supervisor should have:
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Proven capability to project manager a large volume of low value projects relating to fit outs and refurbs of sites
- SMTS qualifcation
- Be based in or around the Stoke on Trent region with an ability to work across an office and sites for 4 days of the week
