Are you a Team Leader with a background in Process Improvement looking for an exciting varied role within an industry leading construction company who will give you the ability to progress as the company grows, receive bespoke training plans and receive a 10% bonus?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading construction company with nearly 300 staff. They are punching up against other companies who hold large market shares. They have a better quality product and they are making headway year on year.
Your role will be Team Management and Process Improvement based. managing the customer service team, dealing with escalations and ensuring standards are kept high across the department. The company run improvement projects that they would require you to spearhead. An example of this is that they are looking to change their IT systems in the near future to improve efficiency.
This role would suit a Team Leader with experience in Process Improvement or similar looking for their next challenge within a leading manufacturer, who will allow you to take full ownership of the role, progress through the business and receive a generous benefits package.
The Role:
- Managing the team and dealing with customer service escalations
- Focus on continuously improving internal processes
- Monday to Friday role - 8:00-4:30
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
The Person:
- Experience leading a team
- A background in process improvement
- Good IT skills
- Commutable to Burton
