?? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with complex needs.
- Assist with personal care routines and toileting needs sensitively and professionally.
- Implement individualised education plans under the guidance of SEN teachers.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' diverse needs effectively.
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.
?? Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Willingness to assist with personal care and toileting.
- Possess a valid DBS on the update service.
- Right to work in the UK.
