Our client, a luxury homeware design and innovation brand is looking for their next eCommerce Manager. This brand has a strong ethos of personal development, with a family friendly culture, passionate people, and lots of clubs, activities and training. They operate 4-5 days in the office as they want people who are excited about collaboration as much as they are.
In this role you will take full responsibility of their online customer journey, website optimization and budget.
The Role
This role will report into the Director of Operations and work closely with the Marketing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Sales Director and Global eCommerce Director and manage one direct report (eCommerce Coordinator):
- Create and deliver a comprehensive eCommerce Strategy to drive their business's KPIs for EU and UK sites.
- Work collaboratively with teams around the business to improve the site experience, including supply chain for stock availability.
- Work with the Global eCommerce Director execute the D2C strategy.
- Forecast sales performance and product inventory quantities.
- Manage the external agencies for paid media activity.
- Manage the content for the websites in their respective languages.
- Be responsible for the total eCommerce ecosystem, providing regular insights and coming up with recommendations and areas of opportunity.
You

- Hands-on experience with the Shopify or Magento platform.
- EU languages preferable
- Highly analytical with experience of Google Analytics.
