Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the linchpin between our customers and our internal teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, your role will involve:
- Conducting full contract reviews on all customer orders.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate updates on our internal SAP system.
- Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Managing customer portals and providing timely orderbook updates.
- Collaborating across departments to maintain seamless communication.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, admin, sales, or an office environment.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:15 am to 12:45 pm1.
