Milk Education is partnering with a lovely primary school based in Castleford who are looking to recruit a SEN TA to join their team. This will be full time hours, 08:30am to 15:30pm Monday to Friday and will be starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have the experience of gaining experience and forming positive relationships with staff and pupils in a diverse and positive environment whilst facilitating children to flourish within all areas of the curriculum, and also have previous experience supporting pupils with SEND needs in an educational setting.

We are looking for a SEN TA who has:

SEND experience
Ideally experience of supporting in the UK within a primary school/special needs school
Inspirational and highly effective in the classroom
Creative and Dynamic
Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
Creative in their approach to children's learning
Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools
